Teams we’ve worked with

Developer Relations
as a Service.

A core component to a successful Web3 project is developer experience. PaperMoon firmly believes that complex builds can be achieved with the right instructions. Just like in origami.

We specialize in providing developer support throughout every phase of a product. We prioritize customer success and we’re committed to provide unrivaled developer experience for our client’s platforms.

What we do

We build on top of your existing docs to make them genuinely useful for the developers on your platform.

  • Work on top of your documentation infrastructure and stack to provide better documentation for developers building on your platform.

  • Improve Information Architecture to create content and flows specific to each solution and adapt documentation to your customers’ needs.

  • Enhance the positioning, messaging, and overall impact of your documentation.

A full rebuild on a documentation framework we refined over 4+ years - fast, accessible, and built to convert.

  • Create a comprehensive documentation overhaul using our framework developed over 4+ years of experience, optimized for metrics such as best practices, performance, accessibility, and SEO.

  • Utilize an AI Bot to answer developers’ questions quickly and gather data analytics to identify areas for improvement.

Videos, articles, and tutorials that meet developers where they are and show your platform at its best.

  • Produce technical content such as videos (long-form, workshops, shorts), blog posts (technical articles), and tutorials (specific guides on highlighted technical topics).

  • Collaborate with clients to create engaging and informative content tailored to their platform and target audience.

Real people in your channels, unblocking developers and feeding their friction back to your team.

  • Engage with developers through client communication channels to provide continuous developer support and guidance.

  • Actively participate in community forums, chat rooms, and developer meetups to address queries and assist with troubleshooting.

  • Offer personalized assistance to developers, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions to their issues.

Strategic guidance from a team that has built the DevRel function from scratch, more than once.

  • Provide feedback and insights on clients’ products to enhance the developer relations experience.

  • Offer strategic recommendations and actionable insights to improve developer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective developer relations strategies tailored to their goals and objectives.

What We’ve Built

Beyond docs and support, PaperMoon builds developer tooling for the agent era - from an agentic code-review framework to MCP servers and AI-ready documentation. Much of it is open source.

Internal tooling

Agentic code-review framework

A multi-agent system - a set of agents and skills - that reviews Polkadot-SDK code and flags issues before they land.

Internal tooling

LLM documentation workflows

Complex n8n workflows orchestrating multiple LLMs to review documentation PRs and enforce writing-style guidelines.

Internal tooling

Claude-powered skill generation

Automatic skill generation for the Polkadot docs, powered by the Anthropic Claude API.

Documentation MCP server

An MCP server that gives AI agents hybrid keyword + vector search over a documentation site.

Our Story

PaperMoon is a Developer Relations as a Service company founded in May 2023 by Alberto Viera, part of the founding team of Moonbeam as a core Developer Relations contributor.

As Moonbeam began decentralizing its core contributions across multiple teams, PaperMoon took on its Developer Relations work. Since then, PaperMoon has grown and brought its DevRel expertise to a range of Web3 and AI projects.
